*The following fees, as applicable, must be added to the total and paid at registration:
- Refundable deposit: Rooms - 50 € / Apartments - 100 €. The deposit will be reimbursed if the room or apartment passes inspection.
- New Student Orientation fee - 40 €
- Laundray fee: obligatory for all residential students - 120 €

- Less the Discount for Payment-in-Full at registration (100 € residential, 50 € non-residential).

REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE PAYMENT OF FEES

Students are accepted at CTS on the understanding that when registering for the course of study they agree to the following regulations governing payment of fees:

1. EU (European Union) Students
   To be exempt from purchasing health insurance in Belgium, EU students must bring a Form E-111 or Form E-128 from their insurance provider.  If desired, supplement insurance may be purchased at registration.
   
2. Non-EU (European Union) Students
   Non-EU residential students are required to purchase Belgian health insurance at registration. (see Other Charges)

NOTE: Personal belongings of students in (apartments / rooms) are not covered by CTS insurance.  Therefore, CTS is not liable for any damage or loss of personal belongings.  If your personal belongings are not covered by your parents insurance [Family Insurance Policy], or by another insurance policy, after arrival the school will assist you in obtaining such insurance coverage.
